Mindfulness Therapy in Sheffield.
Mindfulness can teach you how to the practice the art of focusing your attention on the NOW for inner peace, happiness, health and wellbeing.
At Halcyon hypnotherapy and Advanced Learning Sheffield, we incorporate within our mindfulness techniques…
focusing on the senses
completing activities designed to strengthen the ego
…and practising kindness into our sessions.
Mindfulness can be used as a way of relieving stress and creating a wealth of inner well being resources that can be called upon whenever necessary.
Mindfulness at Halcyon Hypnotherapy Sheffield (or in your own venue) can help adults (including parents and teachers) and children alike to regain mental clarity, to discharge stress and to re-connect with themselves and the world around them. This in turn increases confidence, thoughtfulness and kindness.
Children’s mindfulness Sheffield
Children particularly benefit from practising mindfulness as they are often unequipped to handle stress place upon them such as school work and other’s expectations. Mindfulness is a skill children can utilise throughout their lifetimes, unfortunately it is a practice often undiscovered until later life.
