Online Hypnotherapy is conducted through Zoom. Simply register for a free account and ensure that you are situated in a quiet comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. You may wish to have relaxing music playing in the background, we reccommend music with no lyrics suh as piano or spa / meditation music. You will be sent a zoom link with individual meeting ID and password to ensure security and confidentiality.
