Eddie Carballo first became interested in massage when he was a teenager and was trying to ease the pain of some childhood illnesses. He kept interested in this subject while studying biochemistry at Lancaster University and in the beginning of his career. He learned that he needed to help people feel great as well as being able to look great and have a great time while working in high-end fashion and a hotel. He chose to go back to school and get more training in Holistic Massage Therapy at the Sheffield Centre for Massage Training. Eddie got his licence in 2011 and has been serving his clients and making them feel better ever since. He has become better over the years by adding techniques like myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and passive joint mobilisation to his work. He thinks that holistic massage is about using the right technique to treat the mind, body, and spirit as a whole person in a way that is both relaxing and healing. It has worked for him to help people with a wide range of mental and physical health problems. He has worked with both amateur and professional athletes, as well as people who have long-term illnesses.

As a holistic therapist, I’ve spent my whole life doing what I love, which is helping people. I’ve always been interested in medicine, even when I was young. But it wasn’t until I learned about massage therapy that I found my true calling. I didn’t expect to learn so much about this field and how it can change people’s lives. My experiences have helped me become a compassionate therapist. I’ve learned a lot from my clients, and I’m thankful for the chance to help them on their wellness journeys.
